Web-3G is the new video communication software between a 3G phone and a PC equipped with a Webcam. The tool allows you to communicate from a 3G phone with people who have Web-3G installed on their workstation. Web-3G provides a 4-digit code will be used to identify your computer. Anyone with a 3G mobile phone will call a special number and communicate this identifier to start the audio / video with the computer in question, and can establish communication with you.
